Return Policy and Process
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at
support@nebulastore.in
For size exchanges/returns, the product must be unused, with tags, and reported
within 7 days of delivery.All full-priced items are eligible for return within 7 days of the
original purchase date. Packs must be returned in full. Given the delicate nature of
our products, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached,
and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
To initiate a return,
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, we offer direct
exchanges with complimentary shipping. If you’d like a refund back to your original
payment method, we deduct Rs.199 from your refund to cover shipping and
restocking.
Please note,
Price-reduced items purchased in the context of a sale (online or offline) are
considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Unboxing video required as part of the return and replacement policy for product
condition verification.
Mobile Glass Cases and Sipper cans are non-refundable items, as these products
are manufactured on the customer’s order.
Customised products will not be considered under the return and replacement
policy.
Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods
have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our
return-eligible criteria above.
Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request
after your return package has been shipped.
While we try our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed because our
stock is limited.
If you’re returning part of a Kit, the refunded amount will reflect the item’s Kit price,
not the standard full price of the item.
If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect
the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorisation will be
returned to the sender.
Can I return an internationally shipped order?
Items purchased internationally are the responsibility of the customer to return and
are not eligible for direct exchange. Please email support@nebulastore.in with your
request.
